EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is a therapy technique loosely based on the techniques of acupuncture or acupressure. With EFT, we balance the energy system of the body to relive issues by tapping on meridian points of the body. EFT helps to rewire thinking patterns with neuro plasticity to manage emotions easily, create new patterns of being and think completely in a new way.
This technique can be used to help with physical ailments like headaches, cramps, emotional blockages, and limiting emotions and more.
I have used this technique on myself many of times to help release anxiety, release limiting beliefs, and programming in the beliefs I want to have just to name a few.
