Show yourself some love and nourishing each day from a personalized self-love menu. A self-love menu is a list of options personally aligned for your self care needs. This could be a simple list on your phone, a written out list in a journal/notebook, or a place where you look often like somewhere in your calendar. Some items on my self-love menu are morning yoga, salt bath with essential oils, beach walk, plant shopping, evening face mask and listening to music and dance. I encourage you to create one of your own and choose 1-3 items on it daily.
